SEPS

The Specialized Program / Project Planning, Analysis, and Support (SEPS) blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is a procurement initiative to provide the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) engineers and scientists with a flexible instrument to obtain specialized expertise. MSFC will have access to a contractual vehicle enabling them to acquire responsive, high quality, cost effective services from BGS in a timely and efficient manner.   Services provided include strategic planning for technology programs/activities; concept development and requirements analysis; system design, engineering and integration; test and evaluation; integrated logistics support; and acquisition and life cycle management.
